Who actually does the work?
You do. Taylorsville Tile Co. is a service-request and referral property operated by WebDevAuto. It does not perform tile work, does not set prices, and does not employ installers. The homeowner contracts directly with the independent installer.
Do I have to be insured?
We ask every applicant for general liability insurance and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) on request, plus a license where the work requires one. We do not certify, license, bond or insure anyone, so what you tell us is your own representation and the homeowner can ask you for proof.
How do the leads work?
Homeowners describe a tile project on this site. Every request is read by hand. When one matches the work you do and the city it is in, we pass you the details so you can contact the homeowner, quote it yourself, and win the job.
What does it cost?
Installers may pay WebDevAuto for referrals or for access to a service area. Nothing is charged before terms are agreed with you in writing, there is no long-term contract, and no lead volume, earnings, territory or exclusivity is promised while this list is being built.

Does Utah require a license for tile work?
Utah exempts building alteration, repair and improvement work from licensure when the agreed value including labor and materials is less than $7,000, and tile setting is not one of the carved-out trades.
